Their human-sized office, located in the Louise\/Porte de Namur area of Brussels, is today looking to recruit a diligent Receptionist who will be in charge of managing the reception area and the meeting rooms.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><u>Job description<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcoming visitors and suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Handling incoming phone calls, transferring calls internally<\/li>\n<li>Managing the booking of the 4 meeting rooms in collaboration with the Executive Assistants\n<ul>\n<li>Organising lunch meetings that vary from 2 to 20 participants<\/li>\n<li>Setting up the rooms<\/li>\n<li>Handling all the orders (catering, kitchen supplies, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Shelving the orders in the kitchen<\/li>\n<li>Ordering fruits, beverages, kitchen equipment, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Handling the logistics regarding the waiters<\/li>\n<li>Clearing the meeting rooms at the end of each day<\/li>\n<li>Handling internal lunches (occasionally with the waiters)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Mail\n<ul>\n<li>Dispatching internal mail<\/li>\n<li>Handling outgoing courier and express mail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Booking taxis<\/li>\n<li>Organising conference calls, checking the required equipment, under the supervision of the Executive Assistants<\/li>\n<li>Preparing meetings (printing documents for Committee Meetings and other meetings)<\/li>\n<li>Preparing expense reports for the Directors in collaboration with the Executive Assistants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong><u>The ideal candidate has the following profile:<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3 to 5 years of stable experience as a Receptionist, ideally acquired in the hotel industry or in a human-sized company within the service sector<\/li>\n<li>Perfectly fluent English and French. Dutch is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Corporately presented, very good elocution and well mannered<\/li>\n<li>Enjoys working as part of a team and together with 2 Executive Assistants, but also able to work on an autonomous basis and to cope with a certain level of solitude (the person will be alone at the reception floor, the rest of the teams being based on another floor of the building)<\/li>\n<li>Handy and with excellent organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Resourceful, reliable and responsible<\/li>\n<li>Flexible and stress resistant<\/li>\n<li>Discrete and strong sense of confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of Outlook, very good knowledge of MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Open minded, smiling, willing, with a strong personality<\/li>\n<li>Initiative taker (for instance: when the workload is quite low, the person is expected to volunteer and lend a helping hand to the teams)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong><u>Offer:<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A permanent, full time employment contract<\/li>\n<li>Starting date: September or October 2016<\/li>\n<li>Working hours: 9.30 am-5.30 pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch break<\/li>\n<li>A competitive salary with fringe benefits (luncheon vouchers, group and health insurance)<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to work in a dynamic and human-sized company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thank you for sending your application to Agn\u00e8s Guilloux, Partner at Care4You.
