They coordinate clinical trials worldwide in partnership with their 50+ member organisations. Their Brussels office, located in Woluwe Saint Lambert, gather +\/- 40 staff. They are today looking to recruit a diligent HR Officer to join the HR department (3 staff).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Purpose of the role:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>To provide daily support to the Senior HR Manager and to the HR department. The responsibilities include processing employee data throughout the employee life cycle, payroll administration, recruitment &amp; on boarding\/off boarding of employees.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Job description:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><u>HR Administration (70% of the role)<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain all physical and digital personnel records.<\/li>\n<li>Update internal personnel databases (onboarding, offboarding, presence, holidays, promotion, resignation, time tracking, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Manage information transmitted to insurance broker for hospitalization and pension plan insurances<\/li>\n<li>Advise on best practices to streamline HR administration, processes &amp; templates<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to employees in various HR related topics (for example benefits, holidays, absences, overtime, and compensation days etc.) in consultation with the Sr. HR Manager<\/li>\n<li>Manage payroll administration in collaboration with the payroll provider<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the Professional Development Review (PDR) campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Support liaison with external prevention, safety, and health body<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the implementation of HR projects<\/li>\n<li>Prepare internal communications to the HQ staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><u>Recruitment (30% of the role)<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage full recruitment cycle once recruitment needs have been communicated<\/li>\n<li>Propose strategy for individual recruitment<\/li>\n<li>Publish ads, liaise with external recruiters<\/li>\n<li>Manage contracts in the collaboration with recruitment agencies<\/li>\n<li>Screen incoming resumes, conduct first HR interview, schedule operational interviews, conduct reference checks<\/li>\n<li>Draft offers &amp; contracts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Profile:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 &#8211; 3 years of experience as an HR Assistant\/Payroll Assistant\/HR Generalist or another relevant role<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in human resources or related (essential)<\/li>\n<li>A good knowledge of the Belgian labour legislation is necessary<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems and understanding of general HR policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>C2 level in English and C1\/C2 level in French are mandatory, Dutch is an asset<\/li>\n<li>Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous attention to detail, professional attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Operate with high integrity<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to learn<\/li>\n<li>Work effectively in multicultural teams, as well as independently<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A permanent contract<\/li>\n<li>A full-time contract (38h00\/week)<\/li>\n<li>Starting date: ASAP<\/li>\n<li>A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including luncheon vouchers (\u20ac8,00), Eco-vouchers (\u20ac250\/year), health insurance (fully paid by the employer), group insurance, reimbursement of transport costs, homeworking allowance, cell phone, laptop, 30 holiday days<\/li>\n<li>Location: the offices are located in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert (close to the Cora).
