Their office (+-120 people), located in the Louise\/Porte de Namur area of Brussels, is today looking to recruit a part-time Receptionist who will be in charge of managing the reception area and the meeting rooms.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><u>Job description<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcoming visitors and accompanying them to a conference room, informing people internally that their visitor arrived<\/li>\n<li>Handling visitor badges<\/li>\n<li>Handling incoming phone calls, screening the calls, transferring calls internally, taking messages<\/li>\n<li>Managing the reservation of meeting rooms\n<ul>\n<li>Making updates and changes to the reservations<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with the catering service and with the Executive Assistants<\/li>\n<li>Checking the rooms prior to the meetings<\/li>\n<li>Setting-up the room in absence of catering service<\/li>\n<li>Handling all the orders (catering, kitchen supplies, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Mail\n<ul>\n<li>Sending off mail by Bpost<\/li>\n<li>Sending off registered letters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Booking taxis and limousines<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with the reservation of restaurants &amp; hotels, travel arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Organising all sort of courier services<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with IT<\/li>\n<li>Ordering flowers, following-up on birthday gifts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong><u>The ideal candidate has the following profile:<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Good administrative skills and ideally previous experience as a Receptionist<\/li>\n<li>Perfectly fluent in English.
