As HR Consultants we believe that a successful hire is a shared responsibility. The agency, the client company and the new hire all have a role to play. This means that our service doesn’t end when the employment contract is signed. We will be there to guide and monitor the new recruit for the first 6 months and liaise with you every step of the way. Our unique CARE programme is designed to:
Clarify job goals and targets, and the employer’s expectations
Assess the current situation, design an action plan in collaboration with HR/Line Manager, and handle monthly monitoring
Report some of your remarks and advice to the new hire and report their feedback to you
Empathise with you: we listen, put ourselves in your shoes and offer tailor-made solutions
